Typing Multiplayer respects your privacy. This policy explains what information may be processed when you use the typing race, FAQ, and related pages.

Information we process

You may enter a display name and room code when joining a race. During a multiplayer race, room information and player progress, such as WPM, accuracy, readiness, and completion status, are synchronized through Supabase so other players in the room can see the race.

The theme preference may be stored in your browser's local storage. We do not require an account or ask for a password to use the public typing race.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand general website usage, such as visits and page views. Google may process technical information according to its own privacy policies. You can control cookies and similar storage through your browser settings.

Data retention and choices

Room and player data is used to operate live races and may expire or be removed when a room ends. You can leave a room at any time. Do not enter sensitive personal information into a display name or typing passage.
